(February 3, 2018, 10:53 am)This was my first time donating platelets. I had a great experience all around. The staff was very attentive and had answers to any of my concerns. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had an appointment at 11:15 and didn't get called for 45 minutes. There were walk-ins ahead of me. My concern there was that I timed my donation around pick-up from school. However, they assured me I would make it, and I did.
