(July 9, 2023, 12:01 pm)This gym is one of the cleanest gyms i’ve seen, the staff is every friendly and everyone is very nice. The manager Mike was very easy to talk to and helped a lot. All the equipment is sectioned off very well and very accessible. Overall, being in this gym makes me feel very comfortable.

(June 26, 2023, 4:54 pm)Mike is a great asset to the New York sports club team. He is so personable, pleasant to talk to and will always greet you with a huge smile upon entering the gym. I’ve been coming here for years and I truly believe the gym is a better place now that he is here! The addition of the juice bar being open again is also a huge plus! I love grabbing a shake before or after my workout. I also highly recommend all of the classes, there is a huge variety to choose from ranging from yoga to boot camp and all the instructors are amazing.

(May 11, 2023, 2:15 pm)Great gym for me it has all the free weights, exercise equipment I need. Never waiting to get a bench or a machine no one reading their phone taking up space. The mix of serious body builders and everyday people is motivating with a friendly environment.

(May 10, 2023, 10:31 am)This has been my gym for the past 2 years. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Simon at the front desk is always very polite and informative. The trainers there are willing to help and knowledgable. The facility is clean, great machines, showers and a sauna. I am here 5 days a week. I have made a bunch of friends here as well. Great place to work out. Thank you NYSC😊

(April 15, 2023, 1:34 am)NYSC at The Shops at Atlas Park provides a well-equipped gym with friendly staff and a variety of classes. The facility is clean and well-maintained. It’s not crowed like Blink. The juice bar is fairly priced. Overall, a good fitness option in the area.
