This place is phenomenal -from the front desk to the entire garage crew, everyone at Nikki T’s is top notch. I have been driving nearly 40 years, lived all over the tri-state area and have dealt with more mechanics than I could possibly remember. Nick is by far the most thorough, honest and competent mechanic that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail that my Jeep (and I the customer) received. I will definitely be back with whatever vehicle issues I have in the future. I’m going to recommend them to my friends, family and whoever else will listen to me😊 I was brand new to this shop but I am now a customer for life.

Had my tensioner pulley seize up today late in the afternoon on the Southern State. Had my truck towed here out of a few other places after reading the reviews. Very glad I did. Entirely positive experience. As a bonus, they managed to get me back on the road minutes before they closed. Even their shop office has character, you can easily tell when you walk inside that they put love into the business. I should have gotten her name but the woman at the desk should get a raise, she's legit.
