He is extremely detailed, reliable and keeps you in the loop with updates. He didn't rush us when we were viewing an apartment, he listen to our concerns, we told him what we were looking for in an apartment and he presented that to us. There are a lot of realtors and agencies in Hoboken, but I truly believe no one works as hard as Chris to get you the property you want. I would definitely recommend Chris and NJ Preeminent Properties.
