(December 20, 2022, 11:36 am)Building recently renovated, apartments are all equipped with new appliances, flooring, bathrooms. Rent is very high for studios but I'm adding they are beautiful...Also entry way of lobby is gorgeous

The new lobby is beautiful. I wish all of the landlords in the neighborhood invested in their properties like Goldfarb.
