(January 21, 2017, 7:37 pm)Since June of 2016 I've been a student at this Martial Arts School. Sifu Marlon teaches Praying Mantis and Yang Style Tai Chi. Tai Chi has made me more focused, better balance and way better awareness. Most importantly Tai Chi has taught me self-defense and listening to ones body, my own or an attacker. I strongly recommend if you are interested in a Martial Art, to try a class.
