NY Auto Find

Working with NY Auto Find was an absolute pleasure and extremely simple. I contacted them on a Monday night through their online contact page and received a reply Tuesday morning.

James, my salesman, was extremely responsive and answered barrages of questions from me throughout the week. He was even willing to toss it up on a lift and take pictures of the undercarriage for me, I asked for one or 2, and got about 10.

We were able to file all the paperwork over the phone/internet ahead of time, and james and the team had the car ready for me on saturday when i was able to make it up (4.5h drive from where I live).

The car was flawless, one of the nicest cars I've ever seen, and definitely I've ever bought. Time at the dealership was painless, only a few minutes. Car had a 220-mile trip home, ran fantastic, condition is excellent, and price was reasonable. Would certainly do business with them again.

UPDATE: It's been nearly 4 months since I bought this, and it's still running absolutely flawlessly! Beyond happy with the quality of car I got from them!

I’m a project engineer from Texas and have been in the market for a 4Runner for the past month. I flew to Boston last week to look at a good sale and Jason at Ny Auto Find messaged me with a deal I couldn’t refuse. Although I was skeptical, because of the information he shared and willingness to help, I modified my travel plans and drove to New York instead. I’m glad I did because the vehicle and deal exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, the 4Runner was detailed and ready for a mechanical look-over, with my questions taken care of by the local mechanic shop they partner with across the street. The team also answered my questions about the vehicle CarFax history and other concerns I had. Jason and his team stayed late to make sure we had all the paperwork and plates in order, I made the purchase that evening, and began the 34 hour drive back to Texas. The 4Runner ran perfectly and there were no issues with it the entire trip. Credit Toyota or the dealer for making sure it was running well, it was a good trip. It’s not typical to travel 2,000+ miles for a used car, but for me this vehicle and seller worked perfectly and it may for you. Best of luck!
