He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way and what time I should expect him to arrive. He was on time, friendly, and very efficient. Our carpets looked and smelled great. The low-moisture treatment means that our carpets dried within two hours, which is a big plus for me. We have a crawling baby and two dogs and only having to wait two hours and not all day for the carpets to be dry, was awesome. Will definitely be using this company again
