Had my first minor accident in 18 years of driving with a sideswipe along the body of my new, year-old SUV. I was really anxious about what to do and was scared of having to deal with everything involved with getting things taken care of, including finding a shop I could trust. I finally came across Paint Master after seeing their stellar reviews and after taking my car there, I have found that those 5 stars are absolutely well deserved.

John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the very first phone call, he kindly answered all of my questions, helped me navigate everything and updated me every step of the way (which, for a first-timer like me, was very much appreciated). It has been a seamless, wonderful process until the very end. My car looks brand new, like it had never been in an accident at all — everything was repaired incredibly well and done pretty fast (my case took a little under 3 weeks!). The shop also works with and is recognized by many insurance companies. Top-notch work and top-notch owner. Initially, I went to another autobody shop suggested by my insurance for an estimate, but upon hearing about John's reputation and positive reviews, I decided to give him a chance. From the start, John handled everything smoothly. I provided him with the estimate from the insurance company, and he took care of the rest. His craftsmanship was truly outstanding. He replaced the door flawlessly and managed to achieve a perfect color match, which was a concern for me since my car has a unique grayish-blue shade. It was evident that he took his time to ensure the repaired areas blended seamlessly with the rest of the car. The result was simply impeccable.

He also went the extra mile and cleaned my car , and it honestly looks better than when I first bought it. This attention to detail and customer care made the entire experience hassle-free.

John is very courteous, professional, and has an overall good energy. As a female, I didn't get the run around with John. He was transparent and honest. My car looks brand new. I will surely be back for some other minor touch-ups.
