The guys who work there are always polite and efficient and the prices are reasonable for Manhattan, but now the garage has been closed for more than three weeks with my car stuck inside! Nobody seems to know when it will open or when I can get my car again. It’s crazy.
We switched to these guys for monthly parking and we are so happy we did. It's a small place with a variety of clients so it never gets slammed like other places do. They are usually great about having the car ready when you call 5-10 minutes ahead, and they've never done anything dumb like lock the keys in or lose the car. A lot of the guys are real sweethearts.
It's night and day from our previous place. This is a few blocks further away from us but it's well worth the schlep.
