(July 20, 2023, 10:39 pm)Definitely the easiest and best way to get over to manhatten and is very affordable. Ive used the transit, buses, even rideshares. The ferry is the only way I would go now. Much better views and youre not packed in like a sardine.

We greatly appreciated the patience and kindness he showed us.
My husband can't walk very far and Sergio got us on a ferry that took less walking to get to our destination. -

(December 25, 2020, 5:27 pm)Great neighborhood with some beautiful sights. We enjoy late night waterfront walks. It does not hurt that the vicinity around the Goldman Sachs office is extremely well maintained. The taxes in this area has reached nosebleed levels resulting, unfortunately, in severe gentrification. I would certainly recommend this place over Hoboken for someone looking for a quiet and safe place to call home.

The staff is kind and helpful, you can reach Lower Manhattan from both sides (WTC and Pier 11/Wall Street) in minutes.
Usually not crowded and has terrific view on Lower Manhattan day or night.
Waiting room is useful when windy or rainy and still has glass walls for you to look at Hudson.
