(July 12, 2023, 8:26 am)The man at the fish section is condescending. If fish keeping was really ethical you youldnt be selling bettas in a cup of water. 4-stars because most of the fish didn't look like they were on the brink of death like most chain petstores.

(June 19, 2023, 9:38 pm)They did such a great job grooming my Shiba Inu. I live in Brooklyn but chose Long Island cause it is so convenient to park. Everyone was so nice and friendly. My fur baby liked his groomer. Definitely going back here again!

Jake was very helpful and patient when picking a few fish to accommodate my new tank. Making people feel comfortable with their purchase decisions is something every consumer needs, and both employees went above and beyond to ensure that.
