Really solid company, not only are the sales men professional the installers are professional and clean. Billy was great, highly recommend the whole house filter.

My Fiancé has been frequenting pHountain locations since the beginning of pHountain branded stores. I have also been frequenting locations since then, for my former employer.
We are very familiar with their services and water from multiple locations. Some which have since been closed.
For this location specifically, the esthetic inside and out is very pleasant and very visible from the road. The water quality is to our liking. The services are nice.
The down sides are
Not all the sauna rooms work and those that do need better maintenance to keep temperature.
Secondly, the Molecular Hydrogen Water machines in the back are frequently out of order. And the small one seems to never be never operational.
Lastly, I feel that my life is at risk entering and exiting their parking lot. Due to its location right next to entrance ramp to Sunrise hwy off Wellwood ave North bound.
Final thoughts, never goto pHountain North Bellmore. It was unpleasant and foul. See my other review.

I am very impressed with this location Ariana keeps this place completely clean I was in the sauna and I heard Ariana cleaning the room that somebody else got out before somebody else went in and she really cleaned it sprayed everything down and doesn’t book until 10 or 15 minutes after the other person leaves which is excellent because especially with Covid flying around these days she really does her best to disinfect everything keep it clean and not book person after person so everybody’s breathing in the same exact air as soon as the other person gets out no other location has done this everybody else just has young kids working there and changing the towels and wiping down the glass which does absolutely nothing Ariana actually sprays down the room the seats the glass the door handles everything and doesn’t book the next person right after which at least gives it a little time to clear out I highly recommend this location it’s beautiful they have a beautiful detox foot room with all salt lamps like you’re in an expensive spa the place always smells clean and beautiful thanks to the girls that work there but I will say that one girl that stood out is Ariana she’s a pleasure to talk to and really does take pride in her job and that these days is not easy to come by so out of all the locations I highly suggest that you go to Lindenhurst phountain And sign up with Ariana because she deserves it she works at but off to keep this place as clean as it is

This Place is Great and has a very Friendly Staff . Patrick to be specific was Beyond helpful and went above and beyond to explain the whole new PHountain Experience. He was Extremely knowledgeable on the PH Alkalinity Lifestyle and the health benefits involved in not just the water but many of thier other new products. I highly suggest stopping in and checking it out yourself , especially if you made it this far and reading their reviews.
