We were in the Oyster Bay area from Delaware for a funeral when my alternator died on my Rav4 on a Saturday on the way to the grave side service (about 11am). A local friend gave me Pine Hollow's #. The mechanics came out to my location, installed a new battery & ordered the alternator, belt & tension pulley. Got me back to their garage and had everything installed & ready to go before 3pm. All at a reasonable price. I was able to still go to the funeral after party without major disruption to my day. I cannot thank them enough! These guys are fantastic! The local family who gave me their # has been using them for years.

I took my '99 Sienna to the Pine Hollow Auto Care shop and I am more than satisfied with the performance of the employees as well as the store owner, Hedi. They handled us professionally and they completed the task on the same day that I gave them my car. They did my timing belt, side mirror, sound system and brakes. Their employees are friendly and informative, making you feel like your vehicle is in good hands. They walked me through the repair process and gave me clear options to help me decide what needed to be done and what could wait for the future. Money well spent.
