(April 30, 2023, 11:30 am)Wow, after a long flight, it was nice to stop into Pizza Centre on the way home. The classic NY style slice joint with the classics, plus some fun new slices.
The crust is perfect, crispy but floppy, chewy but not tough, literal perfection.
Got a slice of the chipotle chicken and it was so good, crispy chicken in a sweet spicy chipotle glaze. Also ordered an a La vodka pie, which is moorish as it sounds. Creamy vodka sauce, penne tossed in the same sauce and just so perfect! -
