What an experience! I swear my salt therapy ever since I’ve tried Port Salt Cave. I’m a retired FDNY Firefighter who unfortunately has suffered from chronic bronchitis & sinusitis for years. I went during my last bout w/ bronchitis in fear of it turning into pneumonia again. It started to reverse the crackling & weezing in my lungs in 10 days after just 3 visits. Priceless if you suffer them same. The Extra bonus is owner Sue is a retired pulmonary nurse who is friendly as she is knowledgeable!

I love Port Salt Cave! It’s my quiet oasis. A safe, comfortable place I can go to and slow down and take some time out for self care. The salty air really does help my sinuses. I just feel recharged after visiting Sue and chilling in the Salt Cave. I highly recommend it.

The Port Salt Cave has been a life changing discovery! The benefits of the minerals directly into our body via our lungs is definitely noticeable. The lingering effects, especially with post Covid symptoms, that linger is invaluable. It is a wholistic ancient and proven remedy for many ailments. It’s also the best nap you’ll ever have!

I find fewer things in this world as restorative, healing and decompressing as going to the Port Salt Cave. My favorite is an infrared sauna and cave combo. Could not have a better system detox and health boosting two hours than a super-sauna-sweat followed by breathing in the medical grade salt air in the cave. When I bought a 10-pack for the sauna I knew I could get through the gloom of winter. I've had work, social and solo outings in the cave and every one is a salty-success! Sue aims to please and is a proprietor that will get you to the best outcome whether you're a group of 10 or alone and in need of a restorative respite. Very highly recommended!

Love, love, love the Port Salt Cave! Such a warm and welcoming place, I found a level of relaxation there that I have not experienced before. Kudos to the owner who makes you feel right at home. I’ll be back, and back again!
