(April 5, 2022, 9:17 am)Over the past 15 to 20 years, we've purchased various area rugs and window blinds from Redi-Cut in Mount Vernon. All the products we've purchased from them have been durable and lasting many years with no issues. Money well spent in our opinion. However, we didn't know they also did floor refinishing because we hadn't had the need in our home. We learned of this service while in store purchasing two area rugs, so we decided to use them for this when the time came. It was an excellent experience. Start to finish, the team that Larry sent to us and the job that was done couldn't have been better. The set up, on-time arrivals and follow-ups were on point with the expectations we've relied on using Redi-Cut. Our floors are beautiful and we are very happy. We will continue to keep our business with Larry, Pete and the excellent staff at Redi-Cut.

He scheduled a visit to my office within a day of my initial call and provided an estimate on the spot. I also can't say enough about the installers. They were polite, professional, and and clean! They arrived early every day... what a dream! The carpet is stunning and the price could not be beat anywhere else. I highly recommend Redi-Cut and will only be using them in the near future.

Peter helped us in the store on Tuesday and took measurements on Thurs and Rob arranged for installation on Sat afternoon. The installers did a great job and left the apartment so clean. I would highly recommend them and they had a great selection of carpets that could be installed quickly. Thanks again for providing a good carpet experience at a fair price!

(December 22, 2019, 9:53 pm)Thank you so much for the great new basement carpet! We appreciated Larry’s fast assistance when our basement flooded and the old carpet needed to be removed. He came to assess and measure the day after we chose the replacement carpet, and the crew came the following morning to remove the wet, old carpet and replace it. They did a fantastic, thorough job and cleaned up after themselves — they even carted the old carpet and padding away. Fantastic service. The basement looks like new. Thank you again!
