(July 23, 2022, 9:46 pm)A nice paved path around the outside of the reservoir and a dirt path through middle. Good for biking or relaxing to escape the city even though surrounded by highways and cemeteries. There is a small parking spot across the street that fills up on the weekends with ball games and barbecues. Highland Park during the week is very quiet spot to enjoy being outdoors and away from traffic. An oasis hidden the bustling city blocked by trees and cemeteries. Not too many amenities or services short of going down out to the urban setting of Jamaica avenue down the hill. Bring some food and beverages and have a picnic. I enjoy biking out and getting some quiet time enjoying a shady rest

(May 6, 2022, 11:09 pm)Glad to see something like this in Queens , in NYC. But it definitely doesn’t seem to be safe enough to be walking/running alone esp during early morning or late evenings. Always go in a pair or group since it’s pretty secluded and quiet. But worth the visit as we don’t have spaces like this in the city.
