To any customers that are obviously turned off by this untrue comment, PLEASE do not let it interfere with you coming to our business and form your own opinion,
While I am on the site to the dis satisfied customer who’s bill was adjusted. Was there a rug or comforter in with your regular laundry for the bill to adjusted. I am quite sure there must be a good reason. For future references let the attendant know before using out Wash Dry and Fold service, and even better ask to speak to a manager or owner before you think you are writing for the New York Times SMH

(September 22, 2016, 6:11 pm)I've been to other laundry mats and what makes me keep coming back to Roma's is the people. Very friendly and uplifting group. Time goes by fast talking with them so it doesn't seem like a chore. Clean with great new dryers and washers. Parking is convenient.
