Johnny was a life saver at 10pm one night when we had a sewer backup. He came quickly, was extremely polite, friendly and professional! He was knowledgeable about potential issues and how to solve them and was straight forward. He fixed our problem in a short amount of time at a great price. In this house the Rooter Man is now referred to as Saint John.

I have lived in this home for 23 years and I’ve come across many people in the plumbing industry, and I have never ever met anybody as honest and professional as John. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable plumber, but a seriously all around nice guy. He’s very specific and explains EVERYTHING. His sidekick Elijah is also a lovely guy and very courteous. My only regret is that I didn’t know John years ago. Two words: TRUSTWORTHY & PROFESSIONAL! You won’t be sorry. There should be more people in his industry as well as other industries that have the same work ethics.

Johnny and team are outstanding! They diagnosed and fixed our hot water issue extremely quickly. Great service by great people. We will be using them for all our future issues. Highly recommend!

So after calling around yesterday to several different places I decided to call the Rooter Man. I explained my problem and he told me he would come to my home today. He just left my home and let me tell you I will definitely call him for all my future plumbing needs. Excellent work, courteous and excellent pricing. Don’t ever hesitate to call the Rooter Man.
