Did you have the minimum balance to open the account? were you on ChexSystems which tells them whether you are a risk or not? due to the Patriot act every bank has to ask certain questions you don't become a member. LOL I work there for 34 years before I retired. any bank has regulations in order to open an account.Roslyn savings Bank is an always has been one of the finest financial institutions on the island and in New York.
