Sarah helped me so much I was able to give birth vaginally after pushing for 3 hours. My doctors and nurses were giving up on me. Thank God that I had my doula by my side she pushed me and believed in me. My labor went by quickly because I used her breathing techniques and stayed mobile just seconds before my epidural. Sarah is an amazing doula, as this was my first pregnancy I wanted to prepare myself as much as possible in order to have a positive birthing experience. Sarah was available at all times to answer any questions I had and explained things really well. I wanted to have a natural labor and delivery and she helped me with exercises and taught me hypno birthing. She did meditations with me and provided me with resources to further educate myself about natural childbirth. During labor she was available in the middle of the night and coached me throughout. I was able to manage the pain and did not take an epidural with the help of the breathing techniques that we learned. She worked well with the rest of the staff in the hospital, held my hand and took care of all my needs during labor. Sarah is extremely positive and energetic, highly recommended.

Sara is an amazing doula. From the moment she walked into the hospital room I felt her positive energy and felt safe. She worked as a team with the nurses and I received the best care. She helped me breathe properly during the pain, and helped me relax. She was a liaison between the doctors and gave medical advice when needed. Highly recommend.

Sarah was so amazing at helping my daughter go through labor and delivery. It was my daughter’s first pregnancy and I wanted her to have the right support so she can have easy and natural delivery. Sarah did special excercises and taught breathing techniques to my daughter throughout her last month of pregnancy. She was available to answer questions at any time of the day.
She guided my daughter so well during her contractions and was at the hospital with her to help her give birth naturally. My daughter had a very positive birthing experience thanks to Sarah. I am extremely satisfied and happy with Sarah’s service. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, calm, supportive and professional.

Sara is amazing! We met consistently via WhatsApp as I was progressing in my pregnancy. She would call me to make sure I’m ok, discuss any concerns and suggest solutions. As soon as my contractions started, I called her, and she was by me within an hour. It was my first delivery so I didn’t know what to expect. But by that time my contractions stopped. We ate together, laughed together, walked together and when my water broke at midnight, she went with me to my birthing center. While the midwife said I came too early and can go home to return once I’m more dilated, Sara refused. We hang out in the living room area of the birthing center. An hour later, everything sped up. I’m glad Sara was at my side to encourage me to stay and not go home. We could could have been dealing with an on-the-road delivery. Instead, I got into the tub while she was helping me through the contractions. My baby girl was born 4 hours later. She stayed to make sure I and the baby were fine. I had such an amazing experience that I wanted Sara again for my second delivery, even though I moved to another state, it was worth it for me to fly her down to have her at my side.
