Sempre Fame Barbeque Restaurant & Catering

The food was fantastic!! I ordered spicy bbq wings as an appetizer and a burgerito with fries and enjoyed every bite of it. The customer service was outstanding. I think the person who took our order name was Dalton (I apologized if I spelled the name wrong) but he was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, and I love dining in at a restaurant that takes pride in their service and food. The food had great flavor. I highly recommend and will be back to try the beef ribs. 😋

Man where do I begin? First impression is friendly staff, when we first walked in I wasnt sure if we had to wait to be seated but Dalton (hope im saying your name right) was behind the counter and addressed us right away. That may seem like something not notable but you'll be suprised how many restaurants I've been to where staff will ignore you, im not shy tho ill make myself known.

Anyways back to the review of this restaurant. Dalton explained that we can either go up to the counter to place our orders or he would come to us after we grab a seat and that we can take a seat anywhere. He gave us ample time (again worth mentioning, some people don't.. like they in a rush) to look at the menu and came to us to grab our orders, we ordered a dozen spicy bbq wings to start. The wings were well seasoned, well bbq'd and well cooked (crispy), and tasted great. Now me and my girl love wings, cook our own wings so we know flavorful wings and these were fantastic!

Onto our main dish, I ordered the signature briscuit, mac n cheese, bacon in a wrap (nearly chiptole sized) with 2 sides (cole slaw and fries). Yo the fries were crispy (not overcooked) and well seasoned! My girl ordered a burger in a wrap (forgot the name of it off the menu) but it came with fries and bacon I believe in the wrap with 2 sides (potatoe salad and fries) as well. She was brought a macoroni salad by mistake, dalton was the only one taking everyone orders (for that day) so this was understanable and no sweat because he immediately told her that he would bring her the correct side order to rectify this and that she can keep the incorrect order as well so she ended up with 3 sides instead (no extra charge), that's really good service in my opinion.

My girl is not a fan of potatoe salad but she said it was good. We ordered our bacon and wraps well done and it came that way and not overcooked. We were both pleasantly satisfied with our food and service and intend to come back. I've been here several times and it hits the spot every time!

I recently had their wings, which are smoked and smothered in sauce. The flavor was great and had a light crisp.

Their sandwiches are also amazing - packed with meat and coated with their fantastic sauce.

A true gem of a BBQ!

We ordered the sampler platter for $65. Fair deal IMO.

-the best bbq I’ve had in the nyc area.
-the meat was super soft and fell off the fork/bone
-best brisket I’ve had
-awesome pulled pork, full of flavor.
-the only gripe is the ribs. Cooked well just not my cup of tea in terms of flavor.
-super friendly staff.
- seems like a great place to watch football/sports with advertised deals on game days
-homemade bbq sauce
-canteen style self serve.

Woke up wanting BBQ.
Something New so I came across this place online and it has good reviews. So we went.
Had a steady stream of people entering. Doesn't look like much from outside, but let me tell you the guy at the counter was awesome. He explained our choices helped us pick out our sides. Lots of choices here.
Got to the car and could not wait.
The BLT on Texas toast had me melting. Greens were a meal on its own for me. Got a pint for later.
The brisket was cooked to perfection.
Kids loved the burgers. Big in size and the fries and Mac were working with it. So glad cause if the kids ain't happy no one is.
So worth it. You won't be disappointed. Food was done right and all fresh.
We will be back again and again. So curious to try the Cuban, Chicken and the Ribs.
