SAA is a solid fellowship. The program was founded on the original 12 step program of AA. Hence the name S-AA. It is the strongest fellowship I have encountered in my many years in twelve steps. SAA is well structured and comprehensive in it’s format. Members generally focus on the topic, reading, or qualification during meetings and may get current.
Furthermore, members are genuinely concerned with helping one another and being of service to other fellows.
It should be noted that SAA is open to all. It welcomes members of every identity or orientation whether Straight, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender. It has several women’s meetings as well. SAA welcomes people of every background etc. And this is one of the group’s greatest strengths.

Similar to Alcoholics Anonymous but for sex... It has worked for me and have seen many people turn their lives around.. It requires effort but where there is action I have seen results! :)
