I stopped in with my cousin to get her ears pierced today by Jada. She was so careful and really made sure my cousin was comfortable throughout the experience. 10/10 customer service and such a welcoming staff. We’re so grateful!

I recently got my conch pierced with Kimmy here and my experience with her and others in the shop were amazing! The environment is welcoming and nicely decorated, and I was given a warm greeting when I arrived. Kimmy is super friendly and makes an effort to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. The piercing itself was very quick and sanitary. She walked me through the whole process of what she was doing and also discussed plans for future piercings and when it was safe to change my jewelry. My piercing has been healing perfectly by following her after care steps as well. Overall I had a great experience here and will definitely be returning!

Ask for Kimmy, she is a true professional and absolute sweetheart! She made the whole experience easy, quick, and clean and made 100% sure that everything was perfect.
