Sound, Body, and Mind is a beautiful, clean, serene studio. The views from the studio windows make you feel like you’re away on a retreat. The owners were welcoming. Loved everything about my experience and can’t wait to attend another class!

I love this studio. Adam , the owner is great and the space is beautiful. All of the instructors are wonderful…each bring their own style of teaching to the yoga practice. It’s the perfect way to start the day. I leave feeling stretched, strong and calm.

Sound Body and Mind has been a wonderful experience! My Yoga journey at Sound BM started in July, 2022, as a new student of Yoga. Since that time, my practice has been approximately five days per week. Over that time. I have experienced personal growth, both physically and spiritually. The studio is aptly named, because there really has been a mind-body connection. The space is beautiful. My instructors are Bari, Janice Madeline and Austin. They are all great in their own way. They are mindful of your level of practice and where you can be successful. In addition, each is willing to share their love of the practice, which in turn makes you love it as well. I am so happy to be part of their welcoming community.

Sound, Body, and Mind is the most amazing yoga studio. The space is gorgeous and full of light. Adam the owner is the nicest person and always there to welcome you with a smile and answer any questions. All of the teachers are wonderful. I attend Janice, Vanessa, Kristen, and Danny’s classes regularly. Each have their own style and provide an amazing workout for the body and mind. Not only are the teachers wonderful but the clients are so friendly and welcoming. It is my happy place! Please give them a try you will not be disappointed!

This has got to be one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to! First of all, the space and atmosphere is incredible. In the winter time you can see Huntington Harbor! There are plenty of windows which lets in natural light. The space is clean and well kept and the instructors are the best in the business. Highly recommend Sound, Body and Mind! 5 Stars all around!!!
