Avoid working here if you can. Insanely high turnover for techs for a reason. Should offer the good techs that come around fair compensation so the constant indeed posts for customer service and data techs aren’t needed. You would think it’s easier to pay 8-15 good workers a living wage and not having to cycle through new employees for 18 an hr if that
