(June 25, 2023, 9:54 am)The Best Little church sits on the east end of LB with faithful family observers every Sunday and a outstanding priest that keeps you coming back every Sunday.
He’s down to earth and brings you stories from his own life both current affairs and even entertainment .He is the perfect example of both worlds old school and new school.
And a good organist plays the music through the sounds of children stirring towards the end of a mass . The adults don’t realize the time past , their attention has been taken by the priest

(August 6, 2018, 4:39 pm)This is an impressive Church and congregation. Wow 4.9 out of 5 stars reviews! The only ***** thing I could add to the reviews, is the amazing beautiful must see Beach Mass!! I'm surprised it's not been reviewed here! Hurricane Sandy trashed Long Beach and almost destroyed St. Mary of the Isle Church. Parishioners had to go to other churches.
Summer after Sandy they created a Beach Mass just a few blocks south of the Church as it was being restored. The Church was restored for years now - but the "GOD at the Beach" beach masses continue as a wonderful tradition. More people attend these Beach Masses than the physical church could fit!! Treat yourself. Go. This is a must see!!
