Stretch Recovery Lounge - Tenafly

I used Stretch today with Caroline for their 55 minute session. I really enjoyed it. Caroline was pleasant, welcoming, communicative, and had good hands. Using the Hypervolt massage gun and a hot pack to warm me up before the work was also an excellent touch. I recommend for anyone, and especially those who need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or in recovery after hard work (think marathons, triathlons, CrossFit).I also met Jake the founder and had a great exchange of info and discussion on their approach.

This place has been the absolute best! Friendly staff, good advise, and perfect care. Adding stretch into my running routine has helped my body recover a lot faster, making my long runs feel a lot better. Looking forward to marathon season when this will really come in hand.
