Subaru White Plains

I have visited many car dealers over the years and my visit at White Plains Subaru has been the most pleasant. I was treated with respect and given the time and space to make a decision without feeling pushed or rushed. Andrew McFadden my car sales person was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Jeff Falk the General Sales Manager was the absolute best and made sure that I got the best deal possible. You will not be disappointed with a visit to White Plains Subaru. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling the appointments using their portal is very easy. Drop off can get a little busy, but they do well to keep things moving and to get you back on your way. My vehicles always come back clean and well taken care of. So much of the experience is dictated by who you have to deal with while they have your car. That said, Tom is great to work with. No surprises. Explains things and really seems to understand what’s going on with the car (not just a go-between with the team that’s actually doing the work), which is how I’ve felt with others. His recommendations and help with prioritizing things is welcome.

Overall, the service was excellent and impressively coordinated by Rubi. Very satisfied with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Communication was direct and the status of the car was always updated in real time. Questions and concerns were addressed immediately and with definite responses.

The custom requirements for the car’s repair were quickly fulfilled. It was a last minute appointment and the timeliness of the job couldn’t have been better.

This kind of excellent service quality goes a long way, especially when faced with an unexpected loss of vehicle function.

He made sure to keep me updated on my car and really set my mind at ease from the beginning. I was impressed with the ease of drop off and pick up of my car at this facility. So far my car is running smoothly. I would highly recommend this service department.

From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by friendly staff all around. My service advisor, Rubi Garcia, was there to greet me as soon as I walked out my vehicle. Smiles and well knowledgeable of service I needed, she was attentive from the beginning. I felt well taken care of from the beginning, and from each department. From Rubi, my service advisor, to the helpful parts department, and the skilled technicians working on my car, and the one tech that took time to come over and ask my concerns I had, go over a few things, and he worked on also fixing the issues I was having with AC, thank you all for the above and beyond! Everyone ensured my car was taken care of. Lastly, the complementary drop-off and pick-up service was a wonderful convenience that made the entire process even more seamless. Highly recommend their team for exceptional service. My first time being back here for service again in a few years, and I'll be back again.
