I contacted the company as my bedroom door was locked and would not open. I was answered straight away and they made an appointment for the next day. They were great timekeepers and came on time ready and equipped to replace my lock. The work was carried out with no fuss, efficiently and courteously. They tidied up and vacuumed up the small amount of debris that was produced. The work cannot be faulted and their manner was helpful and professional.

I was really impressed with the 24-hour service offered by Lock. I called them around lunchtime on November 1, 2022, and they arrived at 4pm. They soon determined why the french doors were not opening. They installed a new lock gearbox that they had brought with them on the doors.

Very quick and easy service. I called Ben in the afternoon, and a new door lock was done by morning. It was great, and there was no mess. The price was more than I thought it would be, but it was probably fair since I don't need a new lock and bolting system very often. Service comes highly suggested.
