Words cannot begin to describe the wonderful service we received from the time we entered the door. T.Carrillo was the third funeral home we visited & 3rd time was the charm- Mrs. Carrillo greeted us very professionally and took care of my mother in her passing like family. The Carrillo's respectfully shared information about the funeral arrangement process, provided support in navigating life insurance processes and event went above by dealing with difficult family members in an assertive but professional manner. We definitely felt welcomed and they made the process easier of preparing; from picking out caskets, prayer cards and all of the details with personalization to executing the actual beautiful service for my mother. I highly recommend if you want a funeral home that is family-oriented and respectful of the vision of how you would like to lay your loved one to rest. We greatly appreciated all of the help of the Carrillos in our time of need & highly recommend their services 10 out of 10.

My nephew passed away suddenly this past Thanksgiving and I had to help my sister in these tough times to find a funeral home and final resting place for him. I live in California and the next day I started calling places from here. I contacted T. Carrillo Funeral Services and I was transferred immediately to Mrs. Carrillo. Immediately I felt her compassion and willingness to help. We have never had to deal with having to take care of funeral affairs and she completely took this burden off of us. She met with my sister on that Saturday without an appointment and was more than willing to explained everything she had shared with me over email , in person to her. Her reassurances and clear communication made us feel like it was the right choice for us. She was available for us to ask questions at all times. She learned my nephews interest, his personality and soaked in every detail we shared with her. Her compassion and understanding with my sister and our family was top notch. On the day of the funeral service we were overwhelmed by the amazing work put together by Mrs. and Mr. Carrillo as well as the T. Carrillo team. To say that they thought of EVERYTHING, is an understatement. Everyone who came was in awe, no one had ever attended a funeral service with so much details that captured the life of my nephew. The family gathering at the cemetery before cremation was super special and all of the details thought out made this hard and grieving time for us a bit more bearable. Thank you for everything you did for us and for Jeremy. I told you this before and I’ll say it again, you are doing the work of God and not once did we feel like a business transaction. Your exceeded our expectations and made everything beautiful and worthy of my nephew.

Mr. and Mrs. Carrillo provided a warm environment and excellent customer service throughout the funeral process. Planning can be very stressful and overwhelming, but they took the initiative and went above and beyond to handle everything with care. I love that they intentionally worked with the family and the deceased. They provide a great selection of options and personalized gifts for guests. What stood out to me the most of how well they kept the body! From the funerals I have been to, you can tell the deceased was not well taken care of. After the funeral, family members and friends were impressed and complimented how well they kept my dad's body. He looked AMAZING. Overall, T. Carrillo funeral home did what it needed to do, from the viewing to the burial site (Mt. Hope Cemetery), and they exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

When my mother passed away out of State, I felt incredibly pressured to bring her back home to New York City and to find a place where her family and friends could both mourn and celebrate her. My family had been using another funeral home in the Bronx for decades that felt like the natural choice but That I was never happy with. I googled other locations and T. Carrillo seemed to be a consensus choice as providing excellent service for their clients. I called them up and I was immediately comforted and they started the process of bringing my mom home. I met with Mrs. Carrillo the next day, she was professional, comforting, ethical and never rushed me. She asked me about my moms life and what kind of person she was so that they could tailor a proper celebration of her life. I was able to take the time I needed in my grief to arrange what I thought would be a way for my mom to be respected and celebrated. The service itself was wonderful, they didn’t miss a single detail, the room was spacious and comfortable . My mom looked beautiful and dignified. The flowers, the music, the programs and prayer cards, the photo collages and so many other miscellaneous details were perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Carrillo and their entire staff were friendly and professional the entire time and took care of EVERYTHING (I mean that literally) to meet my needs and responsibilities. I heard compliments from so many members of my family and my friends about how great the service was. I could not recommend them more highly.
