He is tough, yet practical and gives you all of the tools to success. The workouts and diets are tailored specifically to you, no matter what level. I wanted to put a review before reaching my goal because that’s how satisfied I am with TA! They have been absolutely great and taught me so many life lessons that help me live a better life day by day. I’ve tried many diets and lost weight, but ended up gaining the weight so quickly. This time it feels like that will be impossible because of TA. I will always recommend anyone and everybody to get into any of their programs!
