(July 11, 2023, 12:07 pm)Louis in the repair department at The Accessory Store is a wizard! He was able to cobble together 2 similar but unrelated lamps for me from the 1940s and the result is just amazing. Everyone in the store is super-friendly, not at all intimidating. Go—you will not be sorry!

(April 28, 2023, 7:30 pm)I have had to repair lamps on two separate occasions. In both, I had an exchange with the repair YOUNG men. They thrive on being helpful. They are jovial yet polite. They genuinely enjoy fixing things. In both visits, they insisted on fixing my lamps while I waited. This is what customer experience and service are about. Kudos to them!

(April 18, 2023, 1:56 pm)They changed a UK plug on our floor lamp to a US one - saved us a lot of money b/c another store had told us the lamp would need to be re-wired (and would cost hundreds(!)), but repair shop in Accessory Store pointed out why that wasn't necessary, changed the plug, found the equivalent US bulb I could purchase, and all for under $30! Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful lamps and other household decor in the store.

(February 5, 2023, 9:23 am)Excellent selection of everything to do with lighting. We had a half dozen ceiling light fixtures converted from UK 220V to American 110V. Great bulb selection but do be prepared to select your preferred colour temperature bulbs. 2700K give a honey feeling whilst the 4500K versions give so-called natural (more institutional) mood!
