The Brat Shack is the only place you need to go for all of your party needs . Customer service is amazing . Store is incredible . Whatever you are looking for to make your party special they have it ! They delivered & set up a back drop & balloon arch for my daughters baby shower . They were right on time with a quick set up. I asked them to match balloons to my daughters invite & cake & they did exactly that . Thank you for adding that special touch to my daughters special day

I went to severa different stores looking for specific color balloons to no avail. I googled party decorations store & The Brat Shack was recommended. I went to them & they couldn’t have been nicer & they have such a great assortment of different color balloons. They turned out just beautiful & definitely my new party store to go to for now on.

I came to the place as a last minute add on I had professional flowers but wanted a balloons and an arch. I googled you, called you said you could accommodate my date in a week! I went in during lunchtime, drove about 30 minutes to see them, and they were busy. Even so, the couple there took their time with me. My "vision" kept changing and they were patient and even when she told me think about it. Did not pressure me. I came in that Tuesday she said you changed your mind didn't you and we both laughed. They weren't looking to get more money out of me but really looking to help me. I never felt shamed for changing my order they were just wanting to help me be happy with my decisions.
If I throw another party it would be just to work with you again!!! I truly mean that! Even my venue complimented your workers the maitre'd said they were here early, nice and great! Thank you both!!! xoxo

The custom chocolates were the finishing touch to a perfect night. AND they were assorted authentic Hershey Minis so there was something for everyone. No offense brand here! My Auntie's 80th birthday became a night to remember. The chocolates with custom wrappers were a PERFECT favor for our Iconic Victoria's Chanel themed milestone party. Thank you! They arrived on time and in great shape!
I might no longer be in on Long Island (JUST moved) but iI always know who's the BEST when it comes to making a celebration shine!
