(June 15, 2023, 8:17 pm)The salesperson "Jeffrey" was very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked a product with a $50 off sticker, but he said that was not supposed to be there. He made sure that cashier gave us the extra $50 off when we purchased it. It was a very good experience overall.

(March 23, 2023, 9:31 am)Where else do you go to get tools, garden supplies, paint and more. The Hackensack Home Depot on Hackensack ave, is where I go for all those things. It's the closest branch to my house and most of the associates are excellent in helping me find what I want. Some of the newer employees however, need more training in familiarizing themself with the location of items in the store. They all should be able to at least say what isle to look. Also, if you purchase 5 gallon water bottles with returns, not all cashiers know how to process the water bottles for your discount so if you are not using self checkout ask the cashier if she/he can process water bottles returns.

First time here and was focused on the Garden Center. This year's selection of flowers and potted plants is scaled down from last year when they had the parking lot full of stuff. Guess the new store next door complained and that curtailed the selection. However, what they do have looks pretty healthy. 6/27/18 Now back on a revisit and really browsed around. This place is BIG!
