    Hate going to home depot for electrical wire. It's just a never ending hassle. Didn't want to drive to n&s today so went for it. I had the pleasure of being helped by Nadine. 75% sure that was her name. Went very much out of her way to help me locate the #8 bare copper wire. Everything is locked up so getting wire at home depot is pretty much a joke and you have to ask for help and no one knows what is what. Nadine really helped out and got me out-of there when two other employees were just kind of like, idk about wire, bye. Hate home depot for buying wire a little less than usual today. Thank you Nadine

    Been to this home depot hundreds of times. Customer service is horrible and if it was me I would fire all the women who work in that department, they are lazy and are always on their phones. I was finally surprised when doing a return at customer service today which I was really dreading. I was helped by a new customer service employee who was extremely amazing and made my return very pleasant and really well spoken. I will not forget his name because I'm a big Sopranos fan , Silvio was amazing and anytime I have to go to customer service I hope he's the rep who helps me because if it's the girls from last time I rather go to a different home depot.

    I am writing this review specifically for BK Big Kev! I lost my receipt with the survey on it but felt that he needed to be recognized for his great customer service. I was looking for seeds, soil and planting pots to start my garden and he directed me to the seeds, carried the heavy bag of soil to the register and also offered to carry it to my car. He was very knowledgable about the products as well. I really enjoyed my experience at Home Depot because of Big Kev’s customer service!

    I was in need of blinds and found the size I needed. I am happy to learn newer models are cordless. I took off one star because there were 2 employees carrying on a conversation with no concern if we needed assistance. Overall I enjoy shopping at this location.

    Really never ceases to amaze me how grotesquely huge these stores are but that isn’t a bad thing. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone knew where to find things and accurately so, saving me a ton of time. The sheer assortment of options for items within a certain application and can be overwhelming but they only offer options that would be worth consideration and that will get the job done. I did wrong into an issue when I had keys cut that were poorly duplicated but I returned the next day and had them smoothened out.
