I recommend this attorney Marilyn Orbsch-Rosenberg with all my heart! She is an excellent attorney, truly best of the best! I cannot say enough great things about her. My family and I are eternally grateful to her. She won my case me although all other lawyers told me that I had no case and that they couldn’t do anything for me. The case was complicated and difficult but she never gave up! From the beginning she explained everything to me and worked hard with her team to get the results. She speaks fluent Spanish. With every penny! A true professional! She truly cares about her clients! Overall a fantastic lawyer!

Attorney Marilyn and her team knows what they are doing when it comes US immigration. We went to her after our petition was denied as we couldn’t submit RFE documents during pandemic multiple time. She and her team appealed the case and had it reopened and approved. On top of everything she will go through your case with you so thoroughly that you your self will gain back the confidence you lost in your case with uscis.
Sometimes you may have to wait to see her but remember there are so many clients she’s trying to help just like the way I described. So please be patient and it’s well with it. Plus her fees are reasonable cause before going to her I’ve checked a place or two and it was around the same number.
I would give her 7 stars if possible, 5 for the skilled service she has provided and 2 for her awesome personality.

I highly recommend The Law Office of Marilyn Orbach-Rosenberg. I received a notice of intend to deny of my case and i did not have much time to respond. Marilyn took over my case immediately, she prepared a waiver and explained that once its submitted it might take from 18 to 24 months to have it approved. After 3 months from submitting the paperwork i received a green card. I realy dont know how Marilyn did that in such a short time and i can not express enough how greatful im. Thank you Marilyn and the rest of the staff!!!

WHAT A ABSOLUTE GODSEND! We were a bit hesitant to proceed with the process of citizenship as my husband had a state pardon and there weren’t many attorneys who have experience with his situation.
