I was contacted immediately and the team worked out a solution (with no additional charge to me) and ensured that my materials would be perfect when complete and still arrive on time. The communication, notifications about shipping and the follow-up to ensure my overall satisfaction was truly above my expectations. Right down to the way the job was packed -- I felt like they "had my back" and wouldn't let me down.... and I was right! Many years now that we been used they services for updated our new menus with a quick responded and good helped when we had some problem to uploaded the files. About 10 days, now we got the beautiful menus ready to use.

The Marsid M&M Group were heroes for our architecture firm! We had a client who needed plans printed on 24" x 36" Mylar by the next day. We discovered then that the printing company we always used locally went out of business. I'm on the other side of the country (Oregon) but in 2018 I was looking for someone to produce a folding header cards for my business and happened upon Marsid M&M's website. I sent an email inquiry in the evening and got a reply from the owner Barry Caputo in the middle of that night. I placed my first order and have continued to do business "long distance" ever since. Although I have never met anyone at Marsid, I always deal with the same people (Barry, Carin, Ryan and James) and it feels like you're doing business with old friends.
