Recently we were looking to renovate two bathrooms. We got three estimates and decided to go with Tim Whites Home Improvements. The reason we went with Tim White was because it was a family run business and Tim made us feel like we were part of the family. The first step was going to the showroom to pick out everything we needed to do the bathrooms. Carly Miller, Interior Designer was the person we were very fortunate to be assigned to. Carly was very personable, extremely helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. The Project Manager Michael Cannavale was also a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient, personable, and any problems that arose he had it fixed immediately. The Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and the Tile men also were very efficient and knowledgeable. They never had a problem answering any questions we had.
We highly recommend Tim White for any renovation you may have.

Added a bathroom. Looked around and got a few estimates. Went with Tim White. I found he was honest; and saw his trucks all around Massapequa. Great decision on my part. Couldn't be happier. Mike was the project manager and walked me through each phase of the construction. They cleaned up each day and left the site immaculate. I would highly recommend Tim White Home Improvements to all my friends and family.

Late on this review. We redid our downstairs bathroom about a month ago. It was an outstanding experience. I was a painting contractor back in the day, so I know how things can go right, or wrong. The job was managed tightly (thanks Mike) from start to finish. Communication was clear and immediate. The Job was done on time and on budget. The workmanship was top notch. We were left with a stunning and functional bathroom that we are proud to show off. I can recommend Tim White with totall confidence !

We recently had a bathroom renovation as well as the installation of a new laundry room floor. Tim provided a timely estimate and we did not feel any pressure to start the job. Sam helped me with the design and selection of all materials. She was great and gave me a lot of time and attention. The crew was professional, efficient, very neat and provided high quality workmanship. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Tim White and staff.

I hired Tim White Home Improvements to remodel my kitchen. From the start of the process, with the design and layout and selecting of the material, they were extremely helpful. Their team of workers are trustworthy, neat and respectful and do an excellent job in completing the project. Any problems that arose during the construction were handled to my satisfaction. Tim White, as owner of the company personally oversaw the project and made sure that I was satisfied. He came to my home, followed up all phone calls and fufilled the time commitment that was made to me.
In August 2017, I contracted Tim White Home Improvements again for a complete bathroom remodel. All work again was completed as expected and in the time frame that was promised. The project manager Tom, oversaw the complete job from start to finish. He was professional and made sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business for all your contracting needs. From the showroom staff, installers, management and owner, they delivered a great job. There are very few companies that can be credited with this type of excellence in customer satisfaction for their customers.
