TKM - Traditional Krav Maga NJ

I have past experience with Krav Maga and wanted my daughters to benefit from such training as well. After evaluating multiple Krav Maga places in our vicinity we decided that TKM was the best option.

First and foremost, the main instructor (Pavel) is very proficient and knowledgeable with all the aspects of self defense and physical education. Pavel is also very courteous, patient and passionate about empowering his students by developing their technical ability for self defense as well as their general fitness.

My daughters have been training with Pavel for the past 2 years now and 6 months ago I decided to sign myself up for the adult class. The class runs conveniently in the evenings and is composed of fantastic stretching/warm up following by self defense and ending with a fitness session. The instructor is also a cross fit expert so the workout plans he brings in are up to par with latest trends and innovation. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and professional.

I highly recommend the class to anyone who wants to stay fit, focused and learn self defense, women, men, girls and boys.

I have been going to TKM for more than a year and a half. In general, it is a great place to learn self-defense techniques and to keep good fitness level. Pavel, the main instructor, teaches the material in a very professional way, and shares his broad knowledge and experience in Martial Arts. And not less important, there a very nice training atmosphere. I am warmly recommending this place.

I've been learning Krav Maga from the instructor Pavel for about 2 months now. His instructions are very clear and detail-oriented, so you can easily follow his instructions and make new techniques your own. Also, another thing that I really like about TKM is the fact that its curriculum is very well structured and organized. I highly recommend TKM if you ever want to learn Krav Maga or self-defense skills.

Great organisation, great experience, the best instructors! Both my son and I are going for couple of months now and enjoying it very much. A nice mix of fitness with self defense techniques that can become useful in a bad day on the street/school/parking lot... Highly recommended!

I have been going to TKM for the past two month and have registered my 6 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The class has a good mix of warm up, stretching, self defense techniques, and crossfire style fitness at the end. It's highly effective even after only two month or practicing basic moves and I think is a must for everyone to know.
I highly recommend TKM! The instructors are great, the facility is very convenient, and you get a great workout regardless of the fact that you learn really effective self defense techniques.
