They don’t care about you as a customer- rude & unprofessional!!
I was referred to Transcripts by my neurologists assistant Chrissy - whom is amazing to say the least!!
I had expressed my frustration with the chain store pharmacies & I was so grateful for her referral to transcripts

My benefits have changed and it’s just not financially advantageous for me to use them anymore because of preferred pharmacy rules. But for several years Jimmy was my pharmacist and he helped navigate the awful pit that is prescription benefits and made sure I paid the lowest price for a very expensive medication I was taking. Great pharmacy. If my situation changes I’ll be back. Support your local pharmacies if you can!

(November 10, 2020, 9:56 am)Transcript, Jimmy and his staff are absolutely incredible, it’s always a pleasure dealing with them, they all have a great sense of humor and are very professional. I could be having the worst day and they always get me in a better mood, especially Jimmy, he’s hilarious. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone at all, I’ve never been so happy with a pharmacy as I am with transcript and they always have all my medications and they’re always ready within 25-30 mins tops after my appointment, truly the best pharmacy & staff around, I can’t see going anywhere else ever. Thanks Jimmy & staff, you guys are truly the best around and a pleasure to deal with.
