(June 5, 2023, 10:23 am)I have a 12 year old, all wheel drive SUV with 125K miles and the transmission went. Dealer wanted $7K to fix it. The car isn't worth much more than that. My mechanic suggested Transmission Technicians, but I was leery. Honest businesses can be hard to find in this industry. Dennis was my point of contact and took care of everything, from towing my vehicle on a flatbed from the dealer to his shop, to updating me as we went along. All of our contact was over the phone. Didn't meet him face to face until I picked up the vehicle, and didn't have to leave a deposit or credit card number. The price was exactly what we agreed upon from the very beginning, they got the work done a couple of days sooner than expected, and they provided a 2 year warranty in writing. These guys were great from start to finish.

Quality work and fast turnaround time, i dropped my car off on a Monday at 10:30am and received a phone call from them that Wednesday around 1pm to let me know my car was ready
