Kevin is like, the worlds BEST, with regard to experience and talent, in this field. We had an ancient chair, over the years, many repair techs have worked on the foot pedal telling us that "the parts are obsolete but we will get you going for now....", One day, Kevin comes in, chair not going up/down, etc, he rips out motherboard and puts another one in and now modern foot pedal.
