I was approached by a warm and genuine sales associate named Samantha who immediately allayed my fear of choice amongst so many products! She spoke with me about my current routine and made perfect recommendations for both skincare, color match, and a new vibe in lip and eye color that I have been afraid to enter into! My skin and routine has never been better, and Samantha truly possesses both accurate product knowledge as well as a warm and genuinely caring approach with her customers. I will be going to Ulta regularly now due to this experience!

I had my first hair appointment here with Kim last weekend & she was great! Very fun to talk to & I trusted all of her suggestions & opinions. Looking forward to my next appointment with her in a few months.

My birthday was a few weeks ago and the manager honored my birthday gift. I was unable to come in and this was my first opportunity to do so. I picked up a few things that I needed and the staff was so helpful. My new favorite place to shop!
