UPPAbaby HUB - Brooklyn Service Center

I walked by and decided to walk in to take a look at the new MINU V2 strollers. I own an Uppababy Vista V2 and a G Luxe and want to add a more compact option to the mix. I received exceptional service by Gilbert. He was very informative, answered all my questions and even made recommendations. I felt like I was taking a long time and never felt rushed. I appreciate great customer service. I am now 100% sure I will be buying a Minu V2 and now know the color of choice. Thank you Gilbert and thank you Uppababy for having this location available. I will be coming back to get my Vista serviced!

I'm not gonna lie, getting to the location is an absolute pain in the rear but once you get there the store is beautiful and clean, I've never seen such a clean spotless bathroom, they even had wipes in case one forgets. Bobby was beyond helpful and friendly. They have a whole coffee station, place to sit and toys for while you wait!

So thankful for the kind and professional help. I was so worried about my stroller not being able to be fixed/repaired and a young gentleman cared enough to find a solution that would work for my family. Thank you so very much. Traveling with three young children is very challenging and you kept my stroller working for my sanity and my children. All the best.

The team here is amazing. They fit me in last minute when my stroller broke and I had both my young kids with me. They were super accommodating, very quick, and helpful. Will totally go back if/when the stroller needs further repair.

Amazing experience. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You have to make an appointment online in advance and there is only limited showroom inventory, but they give a full tune-up and cleaning and have many smaller replacement parts for sale in stock. Also happy to show you how to find the parts online, no in-store pressure to buy from them right then. Wonderful experience all told. Games, toys, and beverages for the kids too.
