(March 16, 2022, 5:54 pm)The West Hills small dog run is normally a great place to let my Havanese puppy run without fear of being trampled by larger dogs. Some time in the past week mulch has been spread. Large and small chunks of wood (poorly mulched) which can splinter in my dogs mouth and paws. Had a dog once that suffered internal bleeding, not fatal but could have been. Why would any one spread this stuff in a dog park. Shame on them
