Easy to make an appointment, they showed up on time, did the work faster than expected, and the results were wonderful... and well as very pleasing to the nose. The staff was courteous, and there was no effort to up-charge or add BS charges once they got there and assessed the carpet. I reco them highly and will definitely use them again in the future.

Even on this older carpet that had been neglected for far too long, the cleaning was thorough and effective.
