Women Auto Know

I have been a customer of Great Bear/Women Auto Know for a very long time. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They will never recommend work that does not need to be done (I've been finagled so many times by other auto repair shops that I really appreciate their honesty) and also provide alternative options that are cost friendly. What I like the most about them is they will walk through and explain in detail showing you the damage of the parts in the vehicle. It is also very refreshing to know that the business is owned by a female (because this industry is predominantly male). I definitely recommend this auto repair shop for future repairs needed.

We brought Audra to the Omega Institute to teach our staff Auto Mechanics 101. She was fabulous. She teaches in such a direct and simple manner that anyone can learn from her. And it's so empowering. It really helps you get to know your car, so that you can act more preventatively rather than wait until a problem has arisen.
Audra has a generosity of heart that is also so apparent in her teaching. She really wants to help everyone know more so that you feel empowered when taking your car in to have work done. I feel very lucky to have taken her course.

My hubby and I took the basics of auto care workshop with Audra, and it was amazing. She is really good at conveying information without making you feel like a dummy for not already knowing! We feel much more confident as new automobile owners now.

Wow I was very impressed to see the owner was a woman and she knows her work. I immediately checked out some of the tutorials and they were very helpful to me because I have an old car that makes all kinds of noises. We took our work truck in to get serviced and this place was very thorough now we can feel safe on the road. I highly recommend this shop for whatever your vehicle needs

Women Auto Know is an outstanding service to all drivers. They provide you complete information about your vehicle, are honest and can relate to the driver.
