Stephanie, demonstrated excellent customer service and was very polite, helpful, and provided wonderful options in regards to what I needed. I'm short and overall have a small frame BUT Stephanie did everything to help me find what I was looking for and I left with several items. Yay Scrubs, was actually my 4th scrub store today (I almost gave up) and my last. I am so happy I came in today. Hands down the best scrub store in NYC. Thank you, Stephanie for such a positive experience and enrolling me in the monthly email for coupons!
Update: went back (2nd time) and interacted with the owner who helped me find the right teal top. Great service. Highly recommend. -

Not only was she friendly and had an awesome personality, but she was also very helpful and patient. She gave me some great recommendations and made sure I was happy with what I was buying. I highly recommend this place if you need any scrubs. You will not regret it!
